As explorers of cuisine we are always seeking for creative food, ordinary dishes that are prepared in innovative ways. So we paid a visit to Paddington Social, a homely Queenslander-turned-café at the corner of Given Terrace and Alenxandra Street in Paddington. 

It’s a fried food kinda day at Seoul Bistro - Fried Chicken Buffet with their famous signature chicken wings, chips, and burgers. 🐔🍟

This time we’re trying one of the most quintessential Chinese dishes – the yum cha or dim sum. Asking around for recommendations, we’re told to visit Haoke, a restaurant in Sunnybank Hills famous for its dim sum.

As a big fan of everything choccy, we decided to try out the Three Chocolatiers, a gourmet chocolate boutique located in Sydney. The allure of Three Chocolotiers (a name which, for big fans of Harry Potter, bears an interesting resemblance to the Three Broomsticks) lies in the fact that their products are handcrafted, using local ingredients.
