Eatons Hill is about to welcome a delicious newcomer to its culinary scene.

Lamune, a cosy yet modern Thai joint with a dash of simplicity, is set to open its doors at the end of April - bringing with it a promise of soothing, tranquil, and, of course, delicious experiences.

The name Lamune (pronounced "lah-moon”) itself is a Thai word meaning soft, gentle, and snug.

As you step inside Lamune, you'll see it's being revamped with stylish and simple decor, crafting a welcoming vibe that promises plenty of good times and great meals.

Lamune's menu offers an enticing selection of traditional Thai dishes - from the crowd-pleasing Pad Thai and Pad See Ew to the rich, aromatic curries and the zingy papaya salad; you can expect your usual lineup.

Lamune shines with its show-stopping specials:

  • Whole Barramundi 3 Flavour, a tantalising trio of sweet, sour, and spicy.

  • Pineapple Fried Rice, giving a classic dish a fun tropical twist.

  • Grilled Pork Ribs, a feast for meat aficionados.

But fear not, vegans and vegetarians! Lamune has you covered with a selection of veggie options that are sure to satisfy your cravings without compromising on flavour or authenticity.

Lamune will be located at Eaton Hills Village, making it a convenient spot for locals eager to explore the flavours of Thailand.

The opening date is set for mid to late April.
