NUGS GENERAL STORE | FORTITUDE VALLEY
Situated in Brisbane’s Bakery Lane, Nugs General Store is a game-changer. You can find a whole gang of succulent sandwiches waiting for you. Not to sound too dramatic, but their Chicken Katsu Sandwich will change your life forever. Made with crispy chicken, crunchy lettuce (a luxury nowadays), cucumber and wasabi mayo, it’ll definitely revolutionise your lunch time.

Inspired by the street-side eateries throughout Tokyo and Osaka, Goya offers you a Japanese-style sandwich. All their sandwiches are made with Shokupan (Japanese milk bread), and are stuffed full with delicious fillings. Tamago Sando (Egg sandwich) is a global hit, but if you’re really feeling the hunger, try their Angus Beef Tenderloin.

The New York Deli Trio is a sandwich which can only be described as eye-opening. They’re even open later than most shops to satisfy your sandwich craving whether it’s lunch or dinner.

With a huge menu featuring familiar faves, if you’re feeling indecisive it's best to follow your heart - or your stomach.
